Tattered but Able to Fly

After I wrote yesterday’s post, I wished that I had a picture of that tattered butterfly. Almost a week later, she is still flying around my backyard and was able to snap a few pictures of her. She may be tattered, but she is still flying. What a great picture image for me.

Tattered but Able to Fly

“Therefore we do not give up;
even though our outer person is being destroyed,
our inner person is being renewed day by day.
For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an incomparable eternal weight of glory.
So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen;
for what is seen is temporary,
but what is unseen is eternal.”
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
